The last sticky had gotten so incredibly bloated moderating it was literally becoming a fire hazard. So, I have taken it upon myself to create a new sticky.
You retards never seem to get the hint but requests are specifically designed for this specific thread and no where else on the board. This is done to prevent shitting up the board and other discussion with millions of requests.

This is the /fit/ FAQ. You should read it.

It contains a fuckton of incredibly useful information for anyone seeking to improve their physical fitness.

If you post a question which has already been answered in this FAQ, don't be surprised if you find your post mocked, saged, or missing.

It's here for a reason.

Credit belongs to ZigCat for the original FAQ, with small amendments by /fit/ as a whole. RIP ZC.

Anyone wake up extremely wiped and all your extremities hurt? I'm so tired but dreads sleeping because it's insanely painful. Then I wake up and run in to things and trip for hours upon hours. I've been going to the doctors for 20 years and they only give me anti-depressants.

I don't take them, and give up, don't go to them for another 2 or 3 years and they BELIEVE this the anti-depressants are helping because I took them and didn't come back. No, I hate doctors, they are so expensive and are worthless.

Running a Cycle Anonymous 19/01/19(Sat)23:38 No. 25879 [Reply]
25879

File 154793748970.jpg - (3.17MB , 4032x3024 , haul.jpg )

I'm currently just finishing up the 6th week of my first cycle which is 100mg of testosterone propionate every other day, and front loaded with 50mg of dianabol every day. Ending the dianabol after tomorrow (the full 6 weeks), and I've been taking various supplements for liver protection, avoiding alcohol, etc. while using the dianabol. I'm planning on running the test for another 4 weeks, and then ending what is a relatively short 10 week cycle. I've been using about .5mg of arimidex every other day to control estrogen levels (although I may need to adjust this down after ending the dianabol), and I have had good results controlling the side effects (although there is still some expected water retention with these compounds). I have clomid and nolvadex on hand for post-cycle therapy, although I may try just running nolvadex alone, as the side effects with clomid can be a bit harsher.

Almost immediately on starting the cycle, my training capacity became virtually unlimited, although large strength gains didn't start rolling in until about 3 weeks or so, but they have since been coming up by 10 pounds or more a week (for the big 3 compound barbell movements I'm currently repping at 265lb bench, 315lb squat, 405lb deadlift). My tendons and joints are starting to not be able to keep up with the strength gains, but otherwise it's been ridiculous fun. As far as size gains, that is a bit harder to tell. Both compounds I am taking cause water retention (the dianabol very much so), and I saw size increases within days, but this is really attributable to the water in the muscles (and everywhere else really). I won't really be able to tell what actual size gains I made until after I come off of both compounds and the water retention fades.

I'm hoping to keep most, if not all of my gains, through proper post-cycle therapy and sticking with my training program through the ensuing testosterone crash.

If any of you out there have run any cycles too, tell me about your experiences, and if anyone has any questions about mine, let me know and I'll do my best to answer.

Pretty good cycle to start. Should probably do bloodwork after to make sure liver enzymes are fine but otherwise this probably hasn't been super harmful for your health especially since you are doing your due diligence. I never understood why people want to run pct after cycles. If you plan to come off indefinitely that's fine, but if you think you may want to do another cycle in the future there really isn't a point. Pct isn't the safest thing especially if you do it multiple times. Idk if you want to blast again but if you do there really are minimal ramifications for running moderate trt about 100-150 mg weekly. Only issues would be fertility concerns which is understandable, but can be managed through adding hcg and most pro bodybuilders who blast fucktons of gear are able to run a fertility protocol and have children later in life. Anyway good cycle op enjoy your gains.

Right so I was never taught to brush my teeth. Been around a decade since my adult teeth came through, and I've basically brushed them never.
I do go to the dentist. I can't tell if theyre useless or if I'm lucky, but they havent ever noted anything wrong. No Cavities, nothing. My teeth are slightly yellowed, but nothing horrible.

Am I fine? Obviously now that I'm not retarded I've started taking care of my oral hygiene, but is it saveable or is my mouth just a timebomb waiting to blow? Don't think I've got gum disease, but my gums are definitely darkened.

This is only a brief guide about what I gathered. To deeper knowledge of why I am saying this all, you'll to research on your own. This practices are designed to outcast most defficiencies known by mankind away, exceptuating only those given by genome. But whatever it be, only experience would give you a true appreciation about it. Let's start
>leave all diaries, inmediately
>leave grains: no wheat, corn or rice at all
>eat your foods within a reduced schedule, rather than through all the day long
>avoid starchy foods and red meats
>if not vegetarian, eat meats briefly: like once a week or two weeks
>the softest meats are white fish
>do you like nuts? disregard walnuts at least

If you want quick results, these are the shock therapies:
>fasting regularly
>colon enema
>HIIT exercise
>do not use domestic cooling/heating unless your body strictly requires so, due to some sickness or whatever else
>drink hot water, as much as it can be without harming your mouth

Hey guys, I started dating an overweight woman. First one for me. I ended up falling in love with her. She wants me to help train her but I have no idea how to start. She is like 5'5'' and 220lbs. She can jog very slowly. Impressive for her size. Would some kind of 5x5 routine be good for her? Thanks in advance guys.

Diet change and 1+ hour long walks together is a start. Also, post her OF

don't bother with gyms; just work on improving her diet and activity level.

More variety and healthier choices, use supplement (protein shakes, etc.) to help control calories / satiety, daily 1+ hr walks at local parks or etc.

once she can nail the basics, you can introduce her to group exercises and strength training, etc.

finally, accept that she might monkey branching to someone else; women with low self-esteem tend to whore out the second they realize their potential. You accepted the risk when you entered this relationship.
