Anyone wake up extremely wiped and all your extremities hurt? I'm so tired but dreads sleeping because it's insanely painful. Then I wake up and run in to things and trip for hours upon hours. I've been going to the doctors for 20 years and they only give me anti-depressants.

I don't take them, and give up, don't go to them for another 2 or 3 years and they BELIEVE this the anti-depressants are helping because I took them and didn't come back. No, I hate doctors, they are so expensive and are worthless.

Here's what I found on AI that might be helpful, goodluck anon:

I’m really sorry you’ve been living with this—chronic exhaustion, pain, and feeling off-balance can be miserable and demoralizing. What you’re describing isn’t “just in your head,” and antidepressants aren’t the only path. Below is a practical, evidence-based way to think about it and concrete next steps you can take—even if you’d like to minimize doctor visits.

What your pattern could fit

Think of this as a few overlapping buckets. You might have more than one at the same time.

1) Sleep-related breathing problems (OSA/UARS)

Clues: Loud snoring, gasping/choking at night, morning headache/dry mouth, non-restorative sleep, daytime brain fog; body aches from fragmented sleep.

Why it matches: Waking “extremely tired,” dread of sleep because it’s not refreshing; unsteadiness for hours after waking can be sleep inertia from severe sleep fragmentation.

2) Restless Legs / Periodic Limb Movements (RLS/PLMD)

I am looking for an ideal diet, mainly one that reduces acne on my face and abdomen (especially on the abdomen), cleans my intestines so they stop smelling, and also a diet that reduces my impulsiveness and lowers my libido.

This is highly personalized, it varies from everyone. Try removing one item at a time & journal the results.

It took me 5 years to optimize my diet based on income, time, and quirks of my biology.

Generally you want to replace most fats with saturated fats, and add glycine rich meats and fermented foods.

Calcium interferes with protein absorption, so I eat calcium such foods with fatty foods and vitamin k2. That is one meal.

My other meal consists of protein and carbs.

I generally go for 1/3 each protein, fat, carbs split in terms of calories (not portions).

Otherwise do something like calisthenics 2x a week & cardio 5x a week.

Shoulders back and down all the way. Find that position. Do light weight focusing entirely on shoulder position. Progress slowly.

Was having trouble doing my daily workout today. But suddenly when i finished it, i was completely ready to go again. I ran to a bookstore, read for hours.
I ran over 20 kilometers, but my legs are still itching to go. I dont know why, its by far my longest amount run in one day, but somehow I just feel distant. Like im no longer the same person. My muscles look like that of a bodybuilder overnight, and i feel less emotion.

That's because your resting heart rate and blood pressure have dropped. The more fit your heart, the less emotions effect you.

Hello fellow fat fucks,

I have returned from my pilgrimage to share the wealth of knowledge I have learned over the years of eating everything in the frozen section of walmart...

The only earthly way to get on a solid workout routine and quit being a pathetic INCEL is to get your fat fucking ass off your Amazon brand racing-style gaming chair or crusty-ass futon and grow a pair of sweat beads that run down some of those freckled pale fat rolls.

Have those musty-ass jeans or that shit-stained track suit even felt a fuckin' stretch or seam pop while using them as they were intended? I doubt it.

You sad sorry fucks need to get that steam deck charged and hit the fuckin' pavement or dirt path. Go do it now.

The world is just an illusion of mystery... you need to fucking quit wining about your Pokemon TCG or Palworld losses and get a real loss — fat loss. It's not that hard... you've learned to use a toilet while being a completely inept child. Be flushed or get flushed, you shameful turd.

Listen to me carefully... stop eating shit and get real fit.

Running a Cycle Anonymous 19/01/19(Sat)23:38 No. 25879 [Reply]

I'm currently just finishing up the 6th week of my first cycle which is 100mg of testosterone propionate every other day, and front loaded with 50mg of dianabol every day. Ending the dianabol after tomorrow (the full 6 weeks), and I've been taking various supplements for liver protection, avoiding alcohol, etc. while using the dianabol. I'm planning on running the test for another 4 weeks, and then ending what is a relatively short 10 week cycle. I've been using about .5mg of arimidex every other day to control estrogen levels (although I may need to adjust this down after ending the dianabol), and I have had good results controlling the side effects (although there is still some expected water retention with these compounds). I have clomid and nolvadex on hand for post-cycle therapy, although I may try just running nolvadex alone, as the side effects with clomid can be a bit harsher.

Almost immediately on starting the cycle, my training capacity became virtually unlimited, although large strength gains didn't start rolling in until about 3 weeks or so, but they have since been coming up by 10 pounds or more a week (for the big 3 compound barbell movements I'm currently repping at 265lb bench, 315lb squat, 405lb deadlift). My tendons and joints are starting to not be able to keep up with the strength gains, but otherwise it's been ridiculous fun. As far as size gains, that is a bit harder to tell. Both compounds I am taking cause water retention (the dianabol very much so), and I saw size increases within days, but this is really attributable to the water in the muscles (and everywhere else really). I won't really be able to tell what actual size gains I made until after I come off of both compounds and the water retention fades.

I'm hoping to keep most, if not all of my gains, through proper post-cycle therapy and sticking with my training program through the ensuing testosterone crash.

If any of you out there have run any cycles too, tell me about your experiences, and if anyone has any questions about mine, let me know and I'll do my best to answer.

Pretty good cycle to start. Should probably do bloodwork after to make sure liver enzymes are fine but otherwise this probably hasn't been super harmful for your health especially since you are doing your due diligence. I never understood why people want to run pct after cycles. If you plan to come off indefinitely that's fine, but if you think you may want to do another cycle in the future there really isn't a point. Pct isn't the safest thing especially if you do it multiple times. Idk if you want to blast again but if you do there really are minimal ramifications for running moderate trt about 100-150 mg weekly. Only issues would be fertility concerns which is understandable, but can be managed through adding hcg and most pro bodybuilders who blast fucktons of gear are able to run a fertility protocol and have children later in life. Anyway good cycle op enjoy your gains.

Right so I was never taught to brush my teeth. Been around a decade since my adult teeth came through, and I've basically brushed them never.
I do go to the dentist. I can't tell if theyre useless or if I'm lucky, but they havent ever noted anything wrong. No Cavities, nothing. My teeth are slightly yellowed, but nothing horrible.

Am I fine? Obviously now that I'm not retarded I've started taking care of my oral hygiene, but is it saveable or is my mouth just a timebomb waiting to blow? Don't think I've got gum disease, but my gums are definitely darkened.
