So cycling, yeah? It's efficient, but it's not efficient enough to get me around without exhausting me, you feel?
I'm looking for the best friction drives money can buy. And on that note, I'm wondering about the practicality and or extra mph I'd get out of attaching one on each wheel.

I figure this setup is ideal for my needs, since you're supposed to be able to remove friction drives from one's bike on the fly. Could set those fuckers in the saddle bags when I run out of juice. That sounds so much better than pedaling against a dead battery.

Pic related: not my bike, but very close.

Hey, all. I went vegetarian this year and am thinking of making steps towards going vegan (yes, I get all of the hate). The only thing I believe separating me from veganism is I still eat eggs, which I normally eat in the morning before the gym. Please forgive the ignorance, but what alternatives should I consider? Thanks beforehand!

There is no reason to be vegan or vegetarian, for that matter.

newf@g here,

There is so much information when it comes to getting in shape. I am just unsure what is bs and what will really help me. I want to build muscle whilst also dropping about 20 lbs. What do I eat? what do I avoid eating? how many grams of protein should I eat a day? what vegetables are the best? best meat (beef pork chicken) to eat? I asked my friend about how to get in shape and eat the right things, he recommended athlean x. I'm not sure I want to spend 99$ on a fitness program, so I came here. I'm 19 Male 188 lbs now. I have access to a full gym. I worked out in high school and know the proper way to lift and all that. But in the last year and a half I have kinda not worked out as much as I should. any and all help will be appreciated.

Are John Meadows most complete programs for bodybuilding? And how much muscle stretching can actually help hypertrophy.
Or should i just don't overthinking (which i do more than i should) and do what Ronnie said: Bodybuilding is doing heavy weight for most reps possible (aka going to failure every set)

Alright man, first you're not going to listen. I know this.

You're not going to listen because I'm just another voice on the website you visit, and not some expert (to you).

Second, you say you want to do bodybuilding? OK. What are you doing right now? Are you currently training?

Third, post what you're doing now so we can answer you if we choose (although you won't listen)

I'm going to answer preemptively. I'm assuming you have never really trained and you have it in your head to lift weights.

Pick up a copy of Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training. Do the program. Eat food.

Do it. You won't.
