How do I get the motivation to even get up and start exercising. I’m slightly underweight but have 0 energy the entire day, even if I exercise one day, I don’t the other day

Make sure you're eating/sleeping/hydrating enough to have energy in the first place. Then you want to as yourself why. Why do you want to get fit? Find something that speaks to you. Because Like most things in life that are worth it, it's going to suck. Make systems and plans so it's less about emotion and more just raw execution. Lots of free resources online as well as AI to help you get started with what you currently have, you could even train at home starting out with zero equipment
