Wanting to buy an entry setup for pc, but I don't know if buying used or new would be optimal. Is there really any differences out there?

Never bought one used, but a good first point is to consider your main use case. If you will mostly be doing sit down driving, flying, etc. sims, something like the HP Reverb G2 is low cost with good resolution and inside out tracking. If you will be focused on more room scale games, a valve index is a great solution without getting over the top expensive, but will cost nearly double what the Reverb G2 does. If you need something like the latter, but new is out of your budget range, I don't think there's a real issue shopping for used.

I have an external WD My Passport 2EE2 USB external drive and was wondering if I could use PerfecDisk Professional to defragment it?
I haven't really found anything that says either way.

Perfectdisk also says it will defrag SSDs but I am a little leery.

i want to deactivate both my accounts and just have 1 account but one of my accounts when i log in says its deactivated(pic related)and one of them asks me for a mobile phone number when i log in

i dont even know how my account got messed up in the first place(or accounts,since i made another account after my first one got messed up but that one ended up screwed up also)it was like,one day it worked fine and then the next day i logged in and it said my account was disabled

Most of the times accounts get disabled because you chose a weak password, used the same password on multiple sites, or your system got infected (AKA "free software isn't free") and they gained access to your account that way.

Once they gain access they then make a complete ass out of themselves until the site has little choice except to turn off the account.

I'm trying to number photos in an ibb.co album. I tried manually editing the filenames and then uploading again, but it still showed the old filenames. Alternatively, is there another image host I could use that would be similarly convenient and would show the numbers?

I picked up a page loader somewhere which tries it's best to load (opens a new tab) and is 98% blocked by chrome as well as the stuff I have loaded on chrome.

I have checked my latest installs and all of them are from legit sites.
I have run Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, Spybot search and destroy, adwcleaner and Hiitman pro. Nothing has found anything. just going to install Kaspersky with little hope.

I have a bunch of tabs I would like to keep as well as passwords and bookmarks do I don't want to do a fresh install - yet.

I did update (from a legit site) and if I had thought about it I could have probably used system restore.
- unfortunately I deleted those.
it's Chrome Portable 64 so could install it in a different directory and then move my bookmarks and stuff but I really just want to find the redirect.
(it makes an attempt to load a page about every hour or so after the initial attempt.
I also thought as it's the portable version that the problem would be in the program directory but nothing has found any problems.
I'm running Scanguard and it's finding nothing even when the damn thing is active.
I'm also going through and scanning Users/Admin and I suppose Documents and settings but I haven't found anything.
