Okay, here's the issue. That's all in your head. The way that people look at you is just a rorschach test for your own psychological state. Stop engaging with rekt and pedo content and people will stop seeming to look right through you.

Also, you need to engage with a lot of people to find your tribe. Give people small gifts, and accept small gifts when given to you. Dress well and look in the mirror before you leave the house. Try finding a church. They're always happy to give new people a place to feel safe.

I had similar experience during covid lockdown. I didn't have a job during that time and I stayed couple of months without going out (grocery runs don't count as going out).

I guess it was healthy dose of paranoia, hyper awareness and little bit of people reading my emotions.

The way I fixed it was just that kept going out. Do couple of walks/ bike rides or go to the movie theatre. You have to acclimatize yourself to being around people. Also stop watching BS online.

Now I don't know if he's supposed to be a hero for caring so much about her or I'm just extraordinarily ugly, but after that I just stopped asking girls or their farhers for permission for anything. I decided I was completely undateable human scum, worthless creep.

I used to think I was reasonably attractive, but to aswer your question, I think in the eyes of most people I'm probably quite an unpleasant sight to behold.

That's pretty messed up.
My first gf was open with me about her ex, who was 27.
I was always under the impression that her parents knew, or at least her mom. At fifteen we just accepted it as normal. Been thinking about that recently, what with (/civ stuff)

Explains a lot, nowadays.
