People say cringing at your younger self is a sign of maturity. I think the opposite.
It’s easy to look down on youth especially if it’s yourself when it comes to flaws

Everyone likes to think themselves as being more mature than they are when they’ve passed their twenties

I especially like it when people always use the “I was young” excuse for more troubling past mistakes. Really shows how little they’ve really changed
