I thought that it would be nice, quite change of pace. To simply tell you I brought some cheese today.
Nothing special just a block of cheese typical of the type eaten in my country. It was a 350g block, with a zip closer to keep it fresh.

Sometimes I want to make a big pan of mushrooms and cheese for dinner instead of a meal.

I'm lactose intolerant but that's never stopped me from eating cheese in small quantities. But the other day I was going to a music festival and ordered a burger before hand. I was worried that if I ate the cheese it would give me stomach problems at the festival which would be bad given the poor sanitary conditions of the toilets.

So I ordered the burger without cheese. That made the burger measurably worse. I wish I'd just ordered it with cheese instead. But then again, perhaps I would have subsequently regretted doing that once I got to the festival.
