All of these are good for their own reasons, but other than prayer, none of them will come close to the level of superpowers.
Affirmations: Higher self-esteem, stress reduction, resilience. You have to believe them of course, and the further they are from your beliefs, the less likely they will work.
Subliminal Audios: Small possible mood/motivation effects (but the evidence is extremely weak on it working, mostly just YouTube nonsense for hits/likes).
Lucid Dreaming: A great way to reduce nightmares and stress, possibly improve creativity, and can lead to revelations in your own life that you could've figured out on your own with meditation.
Meditation: Great stress reduction, better focus and emotional health when done properly and consistently.
Qi Cultivation: Not real, everything about it falls into the other categories listed here.
Rituals/Pacts: Sense of belonging, some reduced anxiety (as long as it doesn't induce stress itself), increased confidence if you believe in it, and social bonding if you participate with others.
Prayer: The big one, really. Paired with meditation, the comfort, stress reduction, community support if you find a good community, and general feeling of "rightness" is unmatched.
