Electrical problems I've got a solar panel that's putting out about 23 volts and has a 12/24 controller built into it, and a standard 12v marine battery.
The two should apparently just connect directly and the controller should recognize the battery is 12V so as not to burn it out- but how do I actually verify that when set up it's correctly configured?

Starting Math Major soon, how to approach?
