Fascism is only, and always, an aesthetic.

It dresses itself in whatever the prevailing cultural/governance attire is at hand, and rapidly debases both. Then, in a frenzy of lust, they parade stark naked with only a cloak of simple-minded, and duly outmoded, chieftain "civics" and crowns wrought of a facsimile of the culture from which they spawned, certainly kitsch is much to frivolous, and kind, a term. Their buffoonish gait rendered all the more absurd as they struggle to maintain a coherent bearing, what with those beautiful crowns constantly slipping over their eyes and all... and all the while, their divinely ornated leader drones on, and beckons them to their graves-- and they bleat in joyous obedience (which is better than bliss, mind you).
