YouTube hugging tons of memory Anonymous 25/04/24(Thu)23:45 No. 23004

For the last week whenever im watching a video on YT the site keep taking more and more memory until the page lags and then crashes and some times will make windows hang as well

Has this happen to anyone else, already updated everting and deletes cache and everting but it still persiste

Or is YT doing on purpose for using adblocker??

For what it's worth, I've been seeing more or less the same thing happen as well lately, and eventually the tab crashes.

I was watching somebody's channel over 6 months or when this started to happen
There is some small bit of code you can add to Firefox or any off the spin offs like librewolf

Had quick look for for the video, sorry to say I can't remember which channel it was
So no link, I think you should be able to just search it though

I'm not having trouble with twattube, some Rumble channel are problem, and Odyssey as well

At the time I didn't effect me so I just it slide

I might look for the for few lines of code myself, now thinking about
