I need a way to access a social media account without access to the phone itself. I have a shitload of memories on there I’d rather not lose, I have no clue where to start as my iq tops out at 25

1. if your data is backed up in the cloud, get a cheap phone and load that backup.
2. If not, get any and all information you have on the account, email address, password, everything. Then try to log in through all the possible ways the website lets you (2FA, email, SMS...)

Do you have a Samsung phone? You can initiate partial recovery if your lost phone is samsung, it's pretty straightforward. Just log in and then you can figure out from there
