200 caraway lightly baked
100 fennel lightly baked

Last blend cacao___
350 g Ananda
400 g Bali (total cacao ~750 g)
200 g Lion's mane
150 g Maca
60 g bread spice
25 g ceylon cinnamon
25 g orange peel
4 g cardamom pods
20 g anise
21 g ginger powder
1.5 g of spiders that grow on nutmeg pods and 11g four hole nutmeg nuts
8.4 g of cayenne pepper by the way should I reduce? Sometimes I do eat chili
3 g black pepper
1 small pinch of salt
I was thinking of adding vanilla paste but this time didn't have it

Except for cacao itself, it's blended-in over a few minutes with food processor of some sort, if you blend too much, it can clump together, so monitor it close.
