>i make black beans
>i make pico (big chunky style cuz i suck at chopping)
>i purchase pre made crispy shells and warm them in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit
>i use salad mix or spinach in lieu of lettuce if that is what i have
>grate montery jack cheese on top
>squirt lime juice upon the boys
>sometimes i use fresh avocado chunks too

i will consume 1 dozen tacos in this fashion whilst watching walker, texas ranger

what do you put in "taco seasoning" aside from buying it storebought? i know cumin, paprika, and chili powder are the main ones, but is there anything else interesting that works well for the seasoning?

mufugga you expect me to source my own mexican corn, dry it, nixtamalize it, and grind it to make a batch of tortillas?

I grind together MSG, cumin and pic related for seasoning meat mexican style, throw in some garlic and onions too. To make pollo asado (chicken tacos) you need Achiote, which is available in Goya's "Sazon" seasoning packets.

I use this specific one for pollo asado. I guess there's several Sazon flavors. The one with Achiote is the correct one, according to mexicans. I guess the American word for it is Anatto. It has coriander too, so maybe try that in your mixes.

You make black beans in a pot? what you flavor with?

white vegan cream cheese
mini feta chunks
red cheddar shavings
blue cheese shavings
iceberg lettuce
plumb tomato
mixed bell peppers
mince
smoked tofu
re-fried beans
mixed beans
extra sweet premium mini sweetcorn
gucamole
tsp lemon juice
red jalepeno
fried red chilli

fried in single estate cold pressed avocado oil
with a fresh old elpaso herb blend for 30 seconds

sweet onion sauce
sweet chilli sauce

this is really mostly used for burrito

my favourite used to be tostado, but they seemed to have gone out of fashion, it's maybe like a taco, but it has more cheese and you bake it

it's an expensive way of doing things,
but at least it tastes better than from a restaurant, where i live, they give you maybe a dollar worth of ingredients, but you don't get it for a dollar

eating this all the time is a wonderful excuse to go to the gym every day

in theory fish would be good for you, but with all the plastic being pumped in the sea it's a worry, so i don't do that, i'm worried about endocrine disruptors, one reason is 'it's not that big to begin with' if anything i want something that grows more legnth, not make it even smaller, so i prefer food that makes it grow

the herb blend is important

i've bought all the recommendations
but the freshness always goes

so i just open up one of those sealed sachets instead, it's expensive, but at least it's fresh
