How does modern society dispose of jews, in the age of internet?

I don't understand how your plan is supposed to work.
You want to make the Middle East more dangerous to make Jews leave it?
You want to make the US Islamic to make Jews migrate to a country fully controlled by them, like Ukraine or Russia or some European country? And giving Ukraine to Russia would force them to fight for property rights through more peaceful means? But will Europe agree? It's still fully controlled by the Jews.
And the reeducation step doesn't make sense at all, it seems completely pointless and out-of-context.
