Feel like this thread just grew a big warning flag that any contributing artists had better put a "No commercial use" requirement on their post, and probably a watermark.

I guess AI prompt guys are descending further from "I have an idea but don't want to develop art skills or pay an artist" to "just draw until I see something I like." ("And then I might try to sell it.")

Who said I was selling anything? The project is my NaNoWriMo project which is just to spark me to write more. As for my art skills, I largely can't as I suffer from nerve damage resulting in near-constant twitching in my body to the point I can't even drive, ride a bike, and have difficulty eating and drinking. I prefer real art, but when I get quick ideas I do make use of AI but always seek out real art, sometimes commissioned and other times when people offer free art requests.

Well, you are the type of person to tell an AI generator to make up a character for you and then claim that it was an "OC"...Ya, you would probably try to get something more out of this. I mean, I don't go to a restaurant and order food then claim I came up with the dishes.
