There's an Asian Downie in my city. He's high functioning, though, so he sorta wanders around unchaperoned all day. He had a crush on a girl who worked at Family Dollar so he would find out her schedule every day and post up for her whole shift, just chattering away, holding her socially and occupationally hostage. FD wouldn't ban him because, you know...so she got a job somewhere else. He tried following her to the other place and the business was like "Uh, no, you can't hang out here. It's an insurance problem, you have to go somewhere else and let her do her job."

I don't know either of these people but I know the whole story. This is how small my city is. My point is, we have an Asian tard, so odds are you just didn't notice any near you yet.
