Every year the availability of kill lists carries on in the background of peoples happy ordinary lives.

There's kills lists for political views. Left wing. Right wing. Predators. People that ping certain IP address too often. People that use more bandwidth than the website says is fair usage - strangely more than 2GB a day, which is a really crappy fair usage for 2026. Tightening their belts and dumping all sorts of names on lists of real people with real normal happy lives to be the target and the mission of the crazies and their eagerness to be the secret hero on a top secret mission.

A friend no matter what computer game he plays if he ever puts in his bank details. The guy from the kill list immediately finds out, makes a fake account in the game, whatever game it is and makes all sorts of threats.

I've been having to buy game items for him for years. Because he's shown me screen shots spanning 16 years of threats.

This person. A kill list owner sort of person. He is using peoples bank transactions to track them. Waiting for their name to come up and then making fake accounts to make threats. Who the hell can do something like that? this guy has changed houses 3 times in a row and deleted anything that traces to him apart from he still has bank accounts. And it's only each time any bank transaction with his name that the tracker uses to return and make a fake account to return to making threats.

The people following a kill list are crazy.

Shouldn't making a kill list be illegal anyway.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO TRACK PEOPLE IN THIS WAY,
BUT ON THE OTHER HAND DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE
ACCESS TO POLICE RECORDS AT ALL THAT THERE
IS NO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. BUT THEY CARRY ON
WITH THE LIMITED INFORMATION THEY HAVE INSTEAD.

Anyway the guy that was being tracked. Despite
every measure was done to help him. He still
has all sorts of horrible crap poking fun at him.
The bad luck isn't just technology it's more
like a curse, something like drag me to hell,
really inhuman and horrible to do that to a person
that's basically done nothing wrong that anybody
else that's done nothing wrong hasn't done too.

If you're interested in conspiracies like on
CSI tv shows. I can show you the lockout bios
and rewrite volts is real. It was done by a
german hacking team in 2009. After an argument
about the cost of ingame items boiled their
blood. Since then. Availability of open source
hacking tools got massively restricted. And
downloading firmware to make personal adjustments
has to be checked by the people that make
the firmware validated as a real customer.
No more. CPU at 3v by default.

This is better technology than you see the police
have access to. They only have access to your
screen activity and webcams and location.

Having said that. I realise it reminds people on what they're missing out. Lots of popping computers

Sorry about the panic. We all like to feel there is something safe we're protected. When we log on. We feel safe and protected. I hope we are.

Answer me this... figure out the scenario based on assuming the details correct...

Who has access to all bank transactions in order to keep track of a person. And has the authority to then infiltrate their games and guilds and make threats to kill. And they can do this anytime. For a whole lifetime. They report to nobody and they don't get caught.
