Pedos don't hurt anyone either if she's (or he) not 8 years old. Especially if not just consenting but actually being horny and proactive. Below 9 it's harder, because the sex hormones haven't hit properly, so despite what anyone says, it's just a little bit hard to believe that the child got horny and wanted to fuck ANYONE, be it an adult or another child, although experimentation even at that age is not unheard of.
But I agree that hurting someone when they're already dead reduces the chances of hurt down to 0%. That's true. It's just that it's not black and white when it comes to having sex with children and just like in any relationship, there's potential for both pain and pleasure. Does that mean we should avoid all sexual relationships between adults and children? I don't think so. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water. And I'm not even saying this because I want to fuck children, is just that we would be denying a fundamental right to them. Who are you to judge what they can and cannot do? Especially if it hurts nobody..
Human relationships are messy, especially sexual relationships, but forbidding them is not the best way to solve the mess. Especially at some arbitrary age. Especially if that age is well into their most sexy fertile years. You remember how horny you were as a pre-18 boy? Well girls hit peak horny even earlier than that and to limit their exploration when it's most formative and important (when everything is new), I'd say is as stupid as preventing kids below 18 playing video games, because they might get addicted and fuck up their lives. The harm potential might be the highest, but also I would argue the rewards might be the highest too. If anything, below 18 is the best time to play video games even IF the harm potential is demonstrably highest.
I'm all for experimentation, and if they want to involve adults, who am I to object to that? Just because someone is your child, doesn't mean you own their life. There is harm potential, but it's not inherently harmful, so outright ban is about as subtle as Britain's free speech laws.
