basically america went from not negotiating with terrorists to just give the terrorists what they want if they're fronds. sure, at the moment ru has the manpower to maintain their lines, but they're getting their asses handed to them behind the lines, why tf should ukr surrender?

it's curious, domestically if immigrants are peacefully (albeit illegally, which is a MISDEMENOR) entering your country to work and contribute/participate to/in your economy, they're "umaktully categorically violent criminals", but internationally if armed 'immigrants' are invading a sovereign nation and using indiscriminate violence against the civilian population, then "umaktually it's cool, just let them have/do what ever they want". granted america's sole policy (for anything) is: how can embezzle teh most.

spoiler: those domestic immigrants are being detained, relatively indefinitely, in public-private 'camps' at the taxpayer's expense; and, with the ultimate objective being to maintain a slave labor force for american industry (ag in particular, but why stop there, ya know). so, good luck competing with free labor "real americans". granted, there are token deportations to maintain the illusion.

sure it's cliche at this point, but the degradation of foreign relations/trade and establishment of new alliances that _do_not_ include the united states, actually, will suck for the united states and most of its citizens (who aren't divested from it via multinational corporations) and the repercussions will be generational if able to reconciled at all... but the fanboys get bragging rights and promises of prosperity, so um, cheers!?
