Heya 7chan! ヾ(^∇^)

Time is flying again and it's time for another Full Moon! This months Full Moon is called the Corn Moon 🌽 and it will become full on Sunday, September 7th at 2:09PM EST. The moon will be below the horizon at that point so your best viewing will be that night!

Another special treat this month is a Total Lunar Eclipse that will be happening during the full moon. So yeah, A BLOOD MOON! 🩸 Unfortunately it won't be visible at all in the United States. So the foreign anon who mentioned about posting the reminder a day earlier might be in for a special treat! I'll post the eclipse map next after this post. Oh, about that... In the past I use to just look at the moon and there was no set time when I'd post an reminder. I'd aim for the previous night but now I will try my best to get it posted more than a day in advance!

Did you know you can eat field corn and it actually tastes really close to sweet corn? Yep, it's true and I have had it a few times on my grandparents farm. The thing is, you really have to know when to pick it because the window of time when it tastes good is very short compared to sweet corn, sometimes just a few days. I have been busy recently both painting and staining before winter and planning trips like up north to see the Aurora. (Remember, we are still in the solar maximum right now so you might want to consider going to see it this year or else you may have to wait another eleven years for the best chance at a great show!) What projects have you been up to this last month? (≧◡≦)

I wish you all a wonderful viewing and hope the weather stays clear! Have a great night! (ノ´ヮ´)ノ*:・゚✧

from 20% occluded moon to 0% occluded moon with plenty of clouds in the midle
And I saw it by mere luck, literally sprinted to get a table in a bar, because 2 old hags were on their way to take the table, in my fucking face and I just sprinted at full sprint and took the table, we sat down and saw the moon while drinking home made lemonade and eating some fired snacks, glorious, I won't tell you the best part, but you can imagine, maybe

I saw the moon but it was just a normal viewing. It was clear and chilly. I'm starting to crave some unpasteurized cider and the orchards around me are getting ready to press!

If it's that busy and it's a nice bar you are probably lucky you won't lose it anytime soon. I don't go out to bars as much as I use to for nights out like back when I was in college or traveling with friends. I sort of prefer inviting my friends back to my places or going to theirs and staying in or maybe walking around to places if they live in the city. That reminds me of a time when I was in Prague with a few friends. We were staying in a hostel and it just happened to be a full moon. We all went out on a hostel guided bar crawl. We went to this huge building that was a multi-level bar with a beautiful rooftop where you could see the moon. There were many moon lovers celebrating and chanting, dancing and having fun. Also like three levels deep underground that was bored out like a cave with dancing and music. Supposedly it was made back in the wartime that never really came. Crazyyy night. Prague is a very nice city that wasn't damaged during the war so it's very unique in that sense with alot of history. Also, a town or two away is Sedlec Ossuary built with bones and skulls in the walls and decor. Neat place if you are ever over in the Czech Republic. (*^∀゚)ъ

it is I go there once in a while, and it's almost always worth it, pricy though, but still, kind of worth it, they're scammy though, yeah, pricy, but I'm aware that I'm lucky, the best part was checking the eclipse and 3 megathots get right in front of it so I could see the eclipse and their barely naked asses at the same time, gotta count your blessings

The moon is in the right place for me to have nice, unobstructed views, so I had a perfect full moon time.
