IDK bro, it's tough. I think the whole appeal is
1. "Oh I'm just an innocent little girl", "this is definitely not sexual" while obviously allowing the "goods", such they be, to be observed and in no uncertain terms - oggled ("oh.. no no, I definitely don't know what I'm doing...")

And I mean don't get me wrong, it's often actually legitimately good fucking art, but that just further gets hijacked by the rest of the dynamic because it's full of feedback loops that gobble up anything and everything capable of feeding them.
Legitimately good art capturing your attention being one of those things. Weird girls feed that machine like nobody's business "oh, she's not like all the other girls I've encountered in my life so far that made me jaded about women, no no no, this is something else" and it probably usually IS something else, but that too gets hijacked by the machinery
At the end of the day you have to recognize it for what it is brother - an illusion. Enjoy it for what it is and praise the artist.
Oh and some of them are just plain and simple - beautiful people. Sexual or not that is always interesting, desirable and pleasant to have enter your visual field. Because it inspires us towards something realer and more authentic in our own self and self-expression.
