I just woke up from this weird dream.

I was watching something like a review of a new music video by Avril Lavigne, who had some beef with another musician she sang about in the song, possibly related to her coming out as a trans man--let me get back to that last bit.

The video features Lavigne, with long hair, in a denim jacket facing her back to the camera and walking, flexing, etc. never turning to face the camera.

After a bit of this scene a commentator chimes in to say it's rather more tame than her other recent, heavily sexualized videos, but that a crotch scene is coming up.

Then we get the crotch scene. I wish I could extract the music from my brain and give you an mp3. This was some kind of pop-rock/hip-hop breakdown "kitty kitty kitty pop pop pop" with various cameltoes displayed in full screen. No faces, nothing above the midriff or below the knees. Cameltoes in panties front and center, with one looking suspiciously like a trap (apparently Lavigne's) in some fluffed up, colorful (pride colors) frilly underwear.

I haven't listened to Avril Lavigne since "I wanna be your girlfriend".
