I like how the author Natsu Hyūga portrays many of the characters specifically Jinshi because he is both Feminine an Masculine in his own way and even moamoa comments about it too and he is described as being unique and kind by moamoa and I believe the author wrote him this way to show that he doesn't follow the traditional gender norms though it has also been said that he was a target of sexual harassment by both men and women even the late emperor preyed upon him which is why I think the way he is who he is today is due to the late empress raising him to be nothing like the late emperor especially because people even said he looked like the late emperor when he was young.
